SCOPE OF WORKS
- Conducted ground stabilization works in a flood zone.
- Executed all demolition works, including the removal of old structures and waste disposal.
- Excavated all piers and footings, stabilizing ground materials due to flood zone and high water table levels.
- Placed, levelled, and compacted subgrade for all concrete structures.
- Construction of retaining walls and garden beds.
- Construction of kerbs and islands within the complex.
- Constructed approximately 9100sqm of heavy-duty concrete pavement.
- Filled sections of land.
- Performed all landscaping works, including the placement of topsoil, garden mix, grass, and plants throughout the complex.
- Installed signage, fixtures, and furniture.
Upgraded RMS Road as per design, including:
- Upgraded the drainage system, including the extension of pipes and new pits.
- Constructed concrete sub-base pavement underneath all asphalt and kerb & gutter (K&G).
- Constructed kerb & gutter, and layback.
- Conducted heavy patching of asphalt pavement.
