SCOPE OF WORKS
- Excavation and disposal of footpaths, kerb & gutter, concrete vehicular crossing and street furniture.
- Removal of trees and shrubs.
- Installation of street light pole connection to new electrical pillar.
- Construction of a feature wall including stainless steel lettering.
- Installation of concrete drainage pits, grates & frames, lintels, pit level adjustments of existing, and property to kerb connections.
- Construction of kerb & gutter and infill.
- Construction of concrete pavement, kerb ramps and traffic islands.
- Installation of concrete pavers.
- Lay over 500 tonnes of asphaltic pavement and wearing course.
- Landscaping and turfing, including plants and trees.
- Street furniture installation.
