- Reconstruction of layback with reversed gutter fall.
- Reconstruction of paved footpath to shop fronts including reconstruction of a reinforced concrete subbase.
- Reconstruction of kerb and gutter to suit new carpark realignment.
- Construction of a decorative ‘off form’ coloured concrete seating wall.
- Construction of multiple garden beds including softscaping.
- Supply and installation of furniture and fixtures including:
- Bicycle hoops.
- Bollards.
- Bin Enclosures.
- Wheel Stops.

- Construction of raked ‘Corten’ Steel Edging to multiple garden beds.
- Construction of Porous Paving pavement to garden bed surrounds.
- Re-sheeting of asphalt carpark pavement.
