SCOPE OF WORKS
As part of major stormwater infrastructure upgrades to Bidwill, Blacktown City Council contracted Convil Group to undertake installation of culverts and associated works under Popondetta Rd and the surrounding locale.
The scope of works include:
- Install 248m of 2100mm x 900mm box culverts.
- Install 53m of 2100mm x 1200mm box culverts.
- Install 20m of 1200mm diameter RCP.
- Construct a custom headwall structure.
- Reconstruct junction pits and surface inlet pits along Popondetta Rd.
- Resurface 120sqm of asphalt at Popondetta Rd.
- Construct 380sqm of concrete footpaths.
- Remove and relocate light poles.
- Coordinate with utility owners to adjust utility services impacted by construction works.
- Major returfing of landscaping of the site.
