SCOPE OF WORKS
- Re-sheeting of over 1400m2 of Asphalt pavement.
- Construction of 300m of bluestone kerb and gutterstone.
- Construction of 1300m2 of granite paved footpath including several paved pedestrians’ ramps, vehicular crossings, dish drain and laybacks.
- Construction of concrete kerb and gutter and concrete footpath.
- Sealing and caulking of pavers, kerbstone and gutterstone.
- Construction of several stormwater surcharge pits, lintels and grates.
- Installation of concrete communication pits with paver infills including communication conduits.
- Installation of aluminium chequer plates between kerb island and footpath.
- Construction of several traffic devices including kerb islands, median islands and garden beds.
- Landscape works including the planting of over 2000 plants and installation of topsoil, mulch, and turf.
- Installation of fixtures, signage, and line marking.
