- Construction of dish drain.
- Construction of concrete footpath.
- Construction of kerb and gutter and kerb only.
- Installation of asphalt carpark using AC10 wearing course.
- Installation of aluminium chequer plates between kerb island and footpath.
- Landscape works including mulching, kikuyu turfing and planting.
- Installation of signage and linemarking.
