Subdivision of an 80,000sqm site including all associated works. The scope of works includes:
- Bulk earthworks including cut and fill.
- Construction of all kerb and gutter.
- Completion of roadworks including subbase preparation and asphalting.
- Drainage works including the installation of RCP, pits and headwalls.
- Utility works including gas, water, electricity and telecommunications.
