- Sawcut, demolish and remove asphalt and base in preparation for anulus extension and islands.
- Demolishing existing splitter islands, footpath, and pram ramps.
- Construction of roundabout extension.
- Oxide and stencil finish application to roundabout and reflective paint to spitter island and kerbside blisters.
- Construction of new concrete splitter island.
- Installation of loc-sockets into islands as a provision for signage, linemarking and landscaping works.
- Construction of kerbside blisters.
- Construction of new concrete footpath with pram ramps and service pit adjustments.
- Demolish and construction of driveway laybacks and kerb and gutter.
- Re-instatement of asphalt road pavement.
- Construction of an integrated concrete retaining wall.
