SCOPE OF WORKS
Liverpool City Council had contracted Convil Group for road upgrades on Bernera Road. The scope of works includes:
- Construction of over 800sqm of concrete footpath.
- Demolition of existing concrete swale drain, kerbs and fencing.
- Construction of over 4000sqm of RMS spec road pavement up to a depth of 700mm in some sections including asphalt pavement overlay, cemented subbase, spray sealing under asphalt pavement and roadbase.
- Construction of PVC pipes, kerb intel pits, lintel and junction pits and connect to existing stormwater system.
- Lowering of Sydney Water lines.
- Raise existing Water Hydrant levels.
- Installation of subsoil drainage around the perimeter of the road pavement and under the K&G.
- Construction of RMS standard kerbs, kerb ramps, and industrial driveways including laybacks.
- Bulk earthworks including cut & fill, compaction, and trimming for proposed road upgrade and surrounding areas.
- Construction of a 280m long median island.
- Construction of a 165m versaloc block retaining wall.
- Trenching and backfilling for Telstra Utility installations.
- Linemarking, signage and landscaping.
