SCOPE OF WORKS

The scope of works for this project includes:

  • Construction of 1550 sqm of new concrete cycleway footpaths and driveways along Pacific Highway.
  • Installation of over 1900 brick banding pavers, edging pavers, and tactile warning pavers.
  • Construction of over 192 m of new sandstone block retaining wall.
  • Stormwater drainage upgrades, including installation of new stormwater pits, modifications to existing pits, and connection to existing drainage infrastructure.
  • Installation of street furniture including drinking fountains, seats, bike stands and bins.
  • Installation of new heavy-duty steel bollards and timber bollards.
  • Installation of 46 m of chain-wire fencing and 113 m of RMS fencing.
  • Over 14 Telstra pit replacement and adjustments.
  • Construction of several hundred square metres of bio-filtration swale systems, including multiple layers of filter media, sand, gravel, and soil.
  • Planting and maintenance of over 2900 plants, 53 trees, and 250 sqm of turf.
  • Footpath resurfacing and painting.
  • Signage and linemarking works.
