SCOPE OF WORKS
- Conducted stepped excavation of topsoil for retaining wall installation.
- Removed damaged trees, debris, damaged water outlet components, and asphalt for the installation of new water drainage components.
- Installation of a retaining wall, including foundation construction, placement of Magnum Stone retaining wall blocks, and concurrent backfilling with a free-draining aggregate layer.
- Installation of a headwall, apron, and drainage system for the retaining wall.
- Installed a custom 4m deep drainage pit on the embankment, connecting it to the existing drainage system.
- Restoration of the surrounding area, including refilling disturbed asphalt and planting.
