SCOPE OF WORKS
- Cut and fill of several thousand cubes.
- Installation of a new stormwater system, involving:
- Installation of approximately 500m of Fibre Reinforced Concrete Pipe (FRCP), ranging from 375mm to 600mm in diameter.
- Construction of new kerb inlet pits with lintels and gully grates, including extended chamber pits to accommodate existing sewer services.
- Construction of a single cell headwall with a rip rap discharge system and a turfed swale.
- Profiling, regrading, and resheeting of 4400m2 of deep lift asphalt road pavement.
- Construction of over 1000m of new kerb and gutter (SA) with subsoil drainage.
- Repair of subgrade using stabilised roadbase for unsuitable materials.
- Box out and subbase construction of approximately 2000m2 of road shoulder.
- Construction of a concrete sleeper retaining wall.
- Reconstruction and regrading of driveway crossovers to align with new layback levels, ensuring seamless transitions. Driveways include various materials such as plain and coloured concrete, pavers, asphalt, and roadbase.
- Regrading and shaping of over 4000m2 of nature strip to match new kerb levels including the installation of over 4000m2 of various turfs.
- Installation of signage and road markings to suit the newly constructed road.
